Pigs

BP (short for Big Piggy) came to us from a breeder in Missouri. She is a full blooded KuneKune pig (pronounced koony koony) Kunekune pigs are known to be very friendly and stay relatively small (up to 250 pounds)
BP is a pet of Aubrey and has been training to sit on command, touch her nose to a hand, and to come when called.

Theo and Hazel are also KuneKune pigs and came to us from Rochester Minnesota. These two are brother and sister and were born in June 2022.

RESCUE Puddles – aka Pudgie Pie- came to us Thanksgiving weekend 2023. Some friends we have in farm animal rescue heard about this pig needing a new home and we connected with the owner. Pudgie was getting bullied by the other pigs at her old farm. Pudgie has moved right in and made herself at home here at BFF. She is very VERY friendly and enjoys treats pretty much anything!

Rescues: Pig Mac and Small Fry
Pig Mac and Small Fry are female Pot Bellied Pigs.
In March of 2026 we got a call that these two girls were loose in Adams County with nobody claiming them. The residents didn’t want them rooting up their yards, and the local Humane Society stepped up to help trap them. The brave souls at the Adams County Humane Society braved blizzard conditions to catch these girls in dog kennels and held them at the shelter. We drove the 2.5 hour each way trip to pick them up and move them to BFF. Both are friendly and have settled into their new home.
